We are a piano school located north of Dallas Aubrey/Prosper that is a retreat. Come enjoy the piano!
Trial lessonPiano playing is not only about fingers, but also about ears and eyes, all of which are used to play while reading ahead, which helps to develop the ability to focus on anything.
At Emi Piano Studio, we ask questions during the lesson to confirm how you want to sound and how you want to play. In this process, students develop the ability to think for themselves.
Even with small steps, setting and achieving goals and repeating these steps will build confidence. In addition, students will naturally gain confidence by expressing their own thoughts and feelings through their performances.
Discounts for siblings are also available.

・Want to be confident person
・want to be person who has own will
I believe that when you are good at something, you gain confidence in yourself and it makes your life better. I am glad that I have continued to play the piano, even though it was the only thing I could do.
I want to enrich my students' lives by learning piano, and this is my desire. The term "self-affirmation" has been attracting a lot of attention. There are many children who are not motivated to do anything because they lack self-confidence and are not good at expressing their feelings.
I can remember one note", "I can play this part smoothly now! I can play louder than before! I believe that by achieving small goals one at a time and accumulating the experience of achieving goals on their own, students gain confidence and self-affirmation.
I will do my best to help such students in my lessons.

Emi Piano Studio has just opened, so no date has been set at this stage, but we plan to hold a concert once a year.
We are planning to have not only piano solos, but also performances such as a series of pieces with parents and children, or singing songs through a microphone with piano accompaniment.
We would like to make it a fun and friendly concert with interviews such as "Why did you choose this piece of music?
(Performances are free and open to those who wish to participate.)
At Emi Piano Studio, we will regularly email you monthly updates on your child's progress and condition.
We will give you specific reports on what they are working on and what they have learned! We want to create a lesson with you all that suits each student individually!
If you are a parent or guardian, please feel free to contact us at any time for any questions or requests you may have!
At Emi Piano Studio, we decide on the right material for each student through the lessons.
Basically, we use Piano Adventure series, Burgmuller 25 exercises, Czerny 30 and 40, Sonatina album, and Sonata album as basic materials.
We will incorporate the songs that the children like and create a program in consultation with them.
*There is a separate fee for teaching materials (sheet music) in addition to the monthly tuition.
A heart that aches because it is full of passion
Emi-sensei decided to leave the piano school where she had taught for a long time in order to pursue her dream of having her own school. She had a handover lesson with her new teacher.
It was an unbearable time for Emi-sensei. The students she had been teaching were getting used to the new teacher's lessons. The students were getting used to the new teacher's lessons.
They became accustomed to their new teacher. It is normal, nothing special. But...the students that you have taught for many years, the students that you have known since they were little, they are like your own children. That student is passed on to a new teacher.
Emi-sensei, who really loves her students and is clumsy, is not easily emotionally attached to them. Emi-sensei gives lessons to her students with overflowing passion. She gives her all in every lesson.
Therefore, she has affection for her students. No, that love and passion are Emi-sensei's characteristics. Emi often says, "No one can ever be as good as my students. I don't think anyone can match my love for my students.
Why don't you experience a lesson overflowing with passion?
Emi-sensei is a good teacher, serious and sometimes funny. I was glad to have learned to play the piano when I had to take over for the music teacher at school.
She matches stories and is very fun to chat with. She is usually kind and funny, but when it comes to lessons, she is passionate. It is a great feeling of accomplishment when I am relied on at school and when I can play the songs I want to play.
He is an interesting teacher. She sometimes gets upset. I am glad that I learned piano from Kindergarten. I am learning piano because I love it.

Comment from Teacher Emi
I want everyone to love piano and improve. I want to make it a healing classroom where students can enjoy going to, rather than being forced to learn.
Some students quit when they get older because they are too busy with their studies or other lessons, but I want to make it a fun classroom where they can say that they still won't quit piano.
In my lessons, I am often energized by my students even though I am the one teaching them. I think that is what makes teaching piano so rewarding.
